MyHealthKeeper is a web-based personal electronic health record aimed to assist patients organize and maintain medical information with the ability to share information with their medical team. The focus for MyHealthKeeper, in the nearest future, is catered to aid patients that are living with diabetes. MyHealthKeeper is available FREE of charge to Southeast Kern County residents until September 30, 2008, where at that point, the tool will cost only $1 a year.
